When using Rufus or Etcher, my USB won’t boot, and Disk Management only shows 1 4MB EFI FAT32 partition with the filesystem structure E:\EFI\Boot\bootx64.efi. UUI creates a proper filesystem, but won’t boot. I tested Unetbootin once and it showed up in rEFInd, but would get stuck during boot. Is there a reason for this and/or a fix?
The Iso is bad probably, try download a new Iso. Guytoo.

This is recurring issue - every Windows user expect Windows to read all filesystems - but Manjaro ISO do not use Windows filesystem - thus you cannot read the content of the partition and windows only shows the efi partition which it can read because it is formatted with a fat filesystem.
There is probably nothing wrong with the process - you are confused by Windows not being able to show you the files on the iso.
