Fixing screen tearing issues with optimus/hybrid drivers - NVDIA RTX 2070 Super

Hey all,
I’m using a RTX 2070 Super w/ MaxQ in a MSI GS66 Stealth on Manjaro GNOME
I seem to have some serious screan tearing isues when playing games/watching videos. I’ve tried Googling this and none of the options have worked, I’ve been dealing with this for months and need to keep going back to PopOS. Does anyone have any solutions I could try?

Here is the output of inxi -Fazy
