Fixed my irq/9-acpi issue and now wondering

Solution is so simpel: just replug all USB-Connections and no more issues to be cleared.

************************ old message ********************************
Yesterday i recognized my CPU is constant busy around 10 %.

Googled and found this:
Manjaro forum

I added to /etc/default/grub commandline “acpi_mask_gpe=0x6E”

update-grub, reboot

That worked , despite i don’t understand really what is happening :frowning:

Same issue and fix for Linux Mint and Fedora

But what i am wondering about now:

I have some older BIOS update files for my Lenovo Notebook. Should i try one of these older BIOS ?

Or is that a hardware failure ?

Or be just happy with the above solution ?
