Firefox 100 packages got wrongly forwarded. Unstable branch has a newer toolchain. I’ve reverted the changes by deleting the overlay packages: [manjaro-packages] [BoxIt] Memo (x64). Please issue a regular sudo pacman -Syyuu
to downgrade to the working firefox version.

That didnt work, its still saying to upgrade Packages (1) firefox-100.0.1-1
Same issue, packages are still wrong version for me as well, does it take time to propagate the mirrors maybe?
same here bro…“sudo pacman -Syyuu” not working …!!!
Did not work for me. I used this from above. sudo pacman -U /var/cache/pacman/pkg/firefox-100.0-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst /var/cache/pacman/pkg/firefox-i18n-en-us-100.0-1-any.pkg.tar.zst
Does it matter which order you put them? is it still trying to downgrade FF first by the way you have it?
I just downgraded firefox and the language pack, so I can write here: sudo downgrade firefox firefox-i18n-de firefox-i18n-en-us
obviously select the language packs you have installed. The downgrade tool will present you a selection of the versions you can downgrade to. Just choose the one prior version.
And be careful about the following question to put these packages into ignore list.
i think it worked. Just change the mirror to US as below…` ~ pacman-mirrors 4 ✘
Pacman-mirrors version 4.23.2

Mirror #1 OK 00:15 United_States Index of /manjaro/

Be careful if anyone downgrades to <v100. I downgraded to 99.0.1-1 and nearly lost my profile!
So, will that trickle down to all the mirrors if we just wait a little time? I shall check back on this later.
Running pacman -Syyuu fixed it now!
yup. just took some time.
You can also use the “downgrade” tool, but it have to be installed in the system.
sudo pacman -Syyuu
downgraded Firefox when I changed the mirror to US. It was set “worldwide” before.
Worked for me now even with mirror set to “worldwide” Thanks
All working again for me after updating mirrors (for Europe) and running yay -Syyuu
.
This saved me! Muchas gracias.
Thx,manj1 at least work on me.
If sudo pacman -Syyuu
does not work, you might need to refresh the mirrors list first. I had to, after that the pacman sync worked fine to get the previous version of Firefox:
sudo pacman-mirrors --fasttrack
sudo pacman -Syyuu
