As a solution i recommend naming the Testing Branch into Unstable and the Unstable to Potential Suicide.

Many people feel that Unstable is the most stable.
I wont comment on that here.

Does your unformatted output correlate to this problem?
Do you know?

I’m guessing that you’ve missed the updates by a bit and might be experiencing this already noted bug particular to a specific package… though of course its just a guess, as there is just about nothing to go on here.

And it is noted, as usual, in the update announcement:

PS. Next time try a little less abrassiveness. Not everyone will be patient with unecesssary negativity.

Removing xdg-desktop-portal-gnome solved the issue. The thing is that i run Xfce and i have not business with this package at all. Never remember installing it, not even as an optional requirement. Sorry for the negativity but can you point me the distro with the worst orphan package system please?

The worst handling of orphans and/or dependencies?
The worst package manager in general?

I dunno … apt is deffinitely up there … and pacman is definitely very far from either.

Do you need help listing orphans?

pacman -Qdt
