Hello,

Firefox 145.0.2-1 is already in Testing and Unstable;
perhaps that’s indicative of a problem with 145.0-1, but I haven’t seen it.
You’re using Plasma, just like me, are you not?
You could try resetting firefox to see if it makes a difference – make sure your Firefox sync is updated first do you can easily restore bookmarks and extensions.
The usual instructions:
Does it still occur in a fresh (Manjaro) user account?
If there’s still a problem after the usual housekeeping, I’d tend to rule out Firefox as the culprit.
Coming soon:
There will be some changes to Firefox 147.0 – new installs will no longer have profiles under ~/.mozilla, but will instead be placed in recognised Linux directory heirarchies; under ~/.config for example.
After that change:
~/.mozilla (only Firefox uses it)~/.cache~/.mozilla will no longer be used after this and can be deleted.Mod edit:- Typo and context corrected. Changes relate to Firefox 147.0
Thanks for the propositions,
but i don’t think that this is a me problem. The first Firefox instance is working flawless to 100% and i think the second instance having a chance for this issue around 30% showed again but there must be some flaws around the new firefox version.
I just wanted to know if there is another guy here who also faces this issue or not.
I have to many individual settings to restore for a minor problem my whole firefox profile… it would be a shoot in my own leg. But thanks for that info’s anyways.
There must be bigger problems, before i would reset my profile from firefox.
Yeah Plasma with X11 at stable branch. I was thinking it could be maybe related to X11/Wayland.
Mod edit:- Quote showing incorrect version removed.
