Since Firefox crashed shortly after starting up, It would have been a bit impractical to open about:memory
.
I’m quite aware that the add-on updated, and it’s precisely when it began occurring. Before that, I had no problems. Thank you for looking into it and sharing anyway!
EDIT : I solved it by removing the add-on, restarting Firefox, and reinstalling it. Everything works again.
The complete steps were :
- starting Firefox in the terminal with
firefox --safe-mode
- removing the add–on,
- closing Firefox,
- restarting Firefox normally,
- installing the add-on again.
