Firefox and some other programs automatically start after boot

I use Manjaro KDE.
After logging into the account, some programs are started that were ran before previous computer shutdown. But not all programs, and not always. For example now only Firefox or KeePassXC starts automatically. There are no these programs in KDE’s settings in “Autostart” tab.
It slows my computer starting and I want to fix it.
What could be the reason for this problem? Maybe someone faced a similar problem?
Hope for your help!

Maybe you are not starting an empty session?

I don’t think that after pressing the “Reboot” button in the Manjaro menu, you can start a non-empty session.

You have to change the behaviour in System Settings.
