Thought someone should tell you:

Ferdi is dead. Has been for some time, and the link to the repository on github doesn’t even work anymore.

Not to fear though, it has been picked up and the community has taken it over. It also has a slightly different name now:

It’s also available in the AUR:

$ pamac search ferdium
[...]
ferdium-bin                                                                                                                                                                                                          6.2.3-1                            AUR
A messaging browser that allows you to combine your favorite messaging services into one application (binary release).
[...]

So I think that’s a more suitable replacement, right there.
