Fan pwm noise on internal microphone

Hello i have a strange problem.

I have a strong fan noise on the internal microphone array of my laptop (MSI MS-17F5)
i d’ont have the problem on windows

it is not a white noise it is the sound of the fan.

if you have any idea of what’s is going on ?

same probleme with pipewire

is alsamixer the probleme or a driver ?
