This changed now with [Stable Update] 2024-11-30 - Kernels, Plasma, GNOME, COSMIC, LXQT, SYSTEMD

 extra is up to date
 community is up to date
 multilib is up to date

Apparently you have some /etc/*.pacnew files to take care of in your system.
