External monitors not working

Since Monday i have been using the hdmi out on my laptop paired with a docking station that has one non displaylink usbc-displayport to use my two external monitors and it has been working fine. When i woke up today and turned my laptop on i had lost my signal from both ports.
I ran xrandr --listproviders and i still show 0 and 1, i ran just regular xrandr and it shows the hdmi and dp ports available but says they are disconnected.
Im running the linux-video drivers and my hardware is a intel 10750h with a nvidia 2060 mobile gpu.
any help is greatly appreciated!
