Extensions and locale broken after update/reboot

Comming back from holidays I just upgraded my packages with yay. I can’t remember if this update went successfully or not. Since then, all extensions are disabled and i can’t enable them + my keyboard is in qwerty even if locale is FR (should be azerty). It looks like all my files and applications are in place.
Also some gnome apps like geary or calendar show up but I can’t interact inside the window.

I don’t know where to dig. Can you help me ?

Thanks in advance

Details :

  • Toggling extensions in extensions app show no logs in journalctl.
  • Locale infos :
localectl status
   System Locale: LANG=fr_FR.UTF-8
                  LC_COLLATE=C
       VC Keymap: fr
      X11 Layout: fr
     X11 Variant: oss

please read the thread “stable update” here in the forum, the problem with the locale is already described and also the workaround.

Thanks for your response
Sorry, I forgot to mention that I checked it and understood that I should regenerate locale files.
I ve done it with sudo locale-gen, rebooted, keyboard still in qwerty

All the interfaces are in french though
