Ethernet module not showing

Hi,

I just noticed that my ethernet connection is no longer working. I did an update recently (in the last week) but it’s only today that I tried to use my ethernet connection and saw that it does not work - it is not even recognized.

I have tried a different (working) ethernet cable and I still don’t get a connection.

I’ve also tried manually adding a new ethernet connection but still no connection.

I’ve also tried the suggestion from murtaza52 but still no joy.

I’ve rebooted a couple of times too (did I just say that :blush:) but still no change.

I tried that but it made no difference.

As the device is not detected at all most likely a hardware issue or your router is off/failed/died.
