Error while loading shared libraries:

Hi i got some issues, i’m unable to open gnome-terminale, “gnome-console” or even guake after the update i’m really sure how to debug it, i can only open “Konsole” on my gnome desktop.

“gnome-terminal: error while loading shared libraries: cannot open shared object file: No such file or direct”

And i can’t even see any app in my overview when i activate my extensions even if i don’t have any extension activate, i just need to push the button to see a grey screen instead of the overview.

Damn this update was not a good choice to make now.

Provide output of pacman -Qm

That’s the result of pacman -Qm

pacman -Qm  ✔  base 

A list of packages installed from manjaro repo would probably be shorter…
When you rebuild all of AUR packages, come back and tell us if it still isn’t working.

Sorry i’m not really the best at understand everything, i didn’t know why you needed the list and i don’t understand how to rebuild of my AUR packages, usually i just press “yay firefox” for example and i come up install the app i don’t have the a large knowledge.

It’s expected to do some homework and understand how to handle AUR packages. Do some work, search forum how to rebuild aur packages, try to do it. And if you experience any errors or whatever open a new topic post the output and we can go from there.

BTW: The list is a list of foreign (AUR) packages you installed.

I also have a problem with this library

You were told the same thing and failed to do any of it.

Is your system fully updated? icu across all branches is at 71.1-1

It doesn’t matter if system is updated. These guys have crapload of AUR packages installed.

Example: You install package aur-X from AUR that depends on icu and also this package conflicts and replaces package repo-X from manjaro repo.
Then any official packages that depend on repo-X aren’t working now because YOU. NEED. TO. REBUILD. AUR. PACKAGES.
