Error when downloading Kernel

I tried to install the 5.15.93-1 kernel and it gave me this error:

I tried it aswell thru the Manjaro Settings Manager but same issue:

Refresh your mirror list. And update your computer first.

To install a new kernel, either use Manjaro Settings Manager or MHWD.
