may you post the output of ‘inxi -Fxz’ first to see which gui etc. is installed. without this information it’ll be a gamble

Hey bro, i post the output in top, can you check in top? thanks

Can you run

sudo -E LANG=en mhwd -a pci nonfree 0300

?

Hey, no i can’t run

Please post the output of pacman -Qqs nvidia

check this out:

pacman -Qqs nvidia

libvdpau
libxnvctrl
mhwd-nvidia
mhwd-nvidia-390xx
nvidia-390xx-dkms
nvidia-390xx-utils
xf86-video-nouveau

How did you install the driver? Why do you have a DKMS driver?

I don’t know, I tried to install mysql workbench and then I couldn’t enter the graphic screen so I tried to install what I was finding

Can you run pacman -R nvidia-390xx-dkms nvidia-390xx-utils?

Yes, all okey.
now ?

Did it succeed? If so, try

sudo -E LANG=en mhwd -a pci nonfree 0300

If it was successful, but when executing sudo -E LANG=en mhwd -a pci nonfree 0300 I have error again

And what is the error?

❯ sudo -E LANG=en mhwd -a pci nonfree 0300

That explains it. You’re on an unsupported kernel. You need to install a supported kernel, e.g.

sudo mhwd-kernel -i linux510

ok install that kernel and when executing the command sudo mhwd-kernel -i linux510 it gave me the error again

sudo -E LANG=en mhwd -a pci nonfree 0300

Please always post the error as well.
