Error pacman PGP key

First, comment out or delete lines from the file /etc/pacman.conf pertaining to sublime text, then run

sudo pacman -Scc
sudo pacman-mirrors -f && sudo pacman -Syyu

sublime-text is not in manjaro/arch repos (so this bad key is not in manjaro or archlinux ) you use a custom repo ! install good s-t key : https://www.sublimetext.com/docs/linux_repositories.html#pacman if same problem after, you can comment this repo in pacman.conf and install atom (sublime-text is in aur)
