Error building capt-src

Hi
I was just installing the capt-src package and it gives an error infinite times [ continously]
automake: warning: autoconf input should be named 'configure.ac', not 'configure.in' configure.in:2: warning: AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE: two- and three-arguments forms are deprecated

Please help me fix it

I just kept it to install for 5 mins then it was succesfull!
