Err_network_changed on any website

Basically 30% of all requests done from a chromium based browser e.g. brave / chrome result in ERR_NETWORK_CHANGED.

I was researching what could cause that, one of the issues might be that NetworkManager and dhcpcd could be enabled at the same time (they are not):
