I’m trying to enable Picom in Manjaro I3 to allow for window transparency. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong because I’ve taken at look at the picom config and the rules there seem to be in order. I’ve also included it in my I3 config file. When I run compton or picom in my terminal it tells me that a compositor is already running, although there are no changes at all to my transparency.
Am I overlooking something or doing something incorrectly?
Any help is greatly appreciated
