Easyeffects from Flathub or AUR?

I’d like to try out the new eyseffects (v 8.0), but so far this version is only available as a Flatpak or in the AUR as easyeffekts-git. The eytra repositories only still contain the old version 7.xxx. Is it advisable to wait for the update in extra, or will version 8 remain exclusive to the AUR? In that case, I come to the question in the title: AUR or Flatpak?

It is also in testing branch…

If you want to stay on the stable, the easiest will be flatpak. The other methods may or may not need some debugging.
