retry with sudo :

sudo rm -r /mnt/boot/efi/EFI/Ubuntu appears to have worked!
Now proceeding with the rest of the commands.
I’m sure I’ll be back soon.
Filesystem Type Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on

sudo unmount /mnt/boot/efi
sudo: unmount: command not found
Just a query… is this:
/mnt/boot/efi/EFI/Boot/
…how the path should read now? Seems we’ve got 2 levels of boot, and 2 levels of efi.
this is umount not unmount
Gah!
Sorry.
Yes, that worked.
But then:
sudo efiboomgr -b 0002 -B
sudo: efiboomgr: command not found
We’ll get there eventually!
Ah, I think we were just missing a ‘t’!

have you done something , on p6 or p7 ?
Not that I recall.
I’ve been slowly working my way through all of your instructions from post #5.
And to the best of my recollection, everything I’ve done, I’ve documented here.
i see : you have not removed flag boot &esp from p6 ,
so launch gparted , select nmve , and p6 and remove flags boot & esp → confirm
All done!
retry then
sudo manjaro-chroot -a
sudo manjaro-chroot -a

Just out of interest, when I unchecked the flags for boot and efi, gparted automatically ADDED a flag for msftdata (to p6).
