Drop downs in LibreOffice are cut off when using a Kvantum theme

I wonder if you could help me to fix this issue, or at least to direct me where to report it:

  1. all drop downs in LibreOffice apps are cut of from the left

  2. I’d like to replace that horrible marine blue color for active elements at the toolbar (see the active button for bolding text), but can’t see the setting under Tools > Options > LibreOffice > Application Colors.
