Drive partition error

I am trying to partition my second drive to install manjaro on a but i keep getting this error

Can you try to use gparted iso from the following webside: GParted -- Download

Make sure Fast Boot is disabled, both in Windows and in the UEFI firmware, and run a full CHKDSK.EXE on the partition in Windows (booted in safe mode) first.
