I’m trying to download the latest .iso for manjaro, but seems the server is broken.
I would have included the link here, but apparently that is forbidden,
what reason is there for banning links ?

use the option “preformatted text” , the </> function to paste in content.
It’s https://manjaro.org/download
Spambots.
A workaround is to place the entire URL between two backticks; in this way, the URL can still be copied/pasted, if needed. Example: `https://manjaro.org/download/
`.
However, there’s no need to post your link, as it’s easily accessible from the Downloads link in the site menu.
New users begin with restricted privileges until they have proven themselves worthy of higher privileges; usually by an amount of forum participation/interaction.
This helps weed out the spam posters (etc) from legitimate users of the system. Ultimately, it’s for the benefit of everyone.
I’m seeing no difficulty in downloading any of the ISO’s. It was likely a temporary outtage or other issue somewhere between the server and your ISP; there are so many possible causes it’s hard to guess.
Usually, I’d simply suggest to try again later.
Cheers.
As I recall download.manjaro.org
host is a CDN, with no public interface - thus you cannot browse the location.
The individual downloadable files are made accessible from links in the download section of the manjaro.org
web site.
