AFAIK you can simply download the ISO from the website:
…and to make sure it is up-to-date after, simply perform a complete update.
No. there is no current build available. However you can clone GitHub - manjaro/release-review: Monthly Review-ISOs for Manjaro Linux, edit the iso_build.yaml file in .github folder, change the editions to your liking and kick of an action run to let the script build your latest ISO.
