Does someone knows where nano-syntax-highlighting-2020.10.10+10+g1aa64a8-2 came from?

Just out of curiosity, Does someone knows where the package nano-syntax-highlighting-2020.10.10+10+g1aa64a8-2 came from?

It’s an Arch package but package’s history does not show that version.

I don’t have it but I have noticed that there are some users that have it… but I don’t know why.

btw, if you have such package and when you update, you receive a message about the local package being newer than the one in the repo, then update with:

sudo pacman -Syuu

(doble u)

All branches have version 2020.10.10-2. Are you sure this is different to nano-syntax-highlighting-2020.10.10+10+g1aa64a8-2?

Where did you see that?

This seems like the AUR package with the GIT revision in it.

There was an overlay at some point - @Yochanan removed some time ago - precisely because there was several comments about it. It should be in sync now.
