Does sleep/awake makes guests' brige network not useable?

I have installed VirtManager and Docker on a same Manjaro PC. The problem I have is that if I put the PC into sleep and wakes it up later, the PC itself can connect to the network, but the guest machines who use the bridge network lose their network connections. The If I use ip addr inside of such VM’s, I see the virtual network hardware and its MAC address, but it just cannot connect to the network.

I had a problem with Docker and bridge network before so I made Docker use the same bridge that I had created for VirtManager. Is Docker the cause of this problem? Or do you even have this problem? Did I do something wrong?

Or is it better to create a dedicated VM and run all Docker containers inside of the VM to avoid all the network problems it (may) causes?
