Disk with unclean file system

I recently completely switched to Manjaro after having both an SSD and a motherboard die. After replacing the parts I attempted to add my 8tb drive to my system but whenever i attempt to mount the file the console outputs.

sudo mount /dev/sdb2 /media/mydisk
The disk contains an unclean file system (0, 0).
Metadata kept in Windows cache, refused to mount.
Falling back to read-only mount because the NTFS partition is in an
unsafe state. Please resume and shutdown Windows fully (no hibernation
or fast restarting.)

Is there anyway for me to fix this drive without having to completely install windows.

boot up windows and have it check and repair that partition
and then remember to fully shut down windows (no fast startup)
else the filesystem will be left in this same unclean state every time …

You must disable fast boot and hybrid sleep in Windows and then shut Windows down completely.
