That looks like SMART data from the drive. The drive itself is reporting imminent failure. There really is nothing you should do except replace the drive.
No. There are now no spare sectors available for relocation of corrupted sectors. It is a result of an aged HDD. I would not save any valuable data on it. Just look at the RAW_VALUE
especially ID 1 and 5. Replacing the drive is the only answer you could get.
Bad blocks in the disk surface probably means disk is dying and it’s not safe, replace it or make a full backup as soon as you can.
If you want to continue using the disk you can use badblocks command to analyze surface and discard bad sectors but I wouldn’t trust too much.
