Im so happy that Philip finally responsed. I hope they can work it out and i would love to see Philip still with a lead status, but maybe just with decreased power.

This made me think there is maybe some misunderstanding/beef in the past and he still believe somehow in the project. I think its important that both sides put their card’s on the table to meet somewhere in the middle.
Fixed standpoints could hurt both parties when the focus is to have a good outcome, both parties should be ready to trade their goals to meet somewhere in the middle.
And hopefully Philip change is mind, about financing the project.
