The version in the package manager is 0.0.13-0 yet I’m prompted when starting discord to install 0.0.14.
Discord won’t let you run the application until you’ve updated. Very annoying. When will the update be pushed through Manjaro? I need to use discord for work.
I don’t know why is not being updated still, but in the meantime you can download the update from the arch respositories,it will be the same version as Manjaros.

I believe discord has just been bought by microsoft…
It has been rumored to be in a deal. But I don’t think anything has been confirmed by any of the parties involved.
I stand corrected, I should have checked.
My point was that rumours of those talks might have dampened the enthusiasm of the package maintainers a little, at least temporarily.
I think it is more of a classic problem with how discord handles updates.
Thanks for the idea dude.
