Discord starts but can't find window

I’m using the vesktop-bin package from the AUR, I didn’t used to have this issue on my old system which funny enough had an Nvidia GPU with wayland.

When I login to plasma, vesktop (discord) starts and I can see the icon in the task manager bar. When I click on it, it is no where to be found. I tried restarting it and it still doesn’t show.

The trick I found to get it to show up is to right click on the preview and hit maximize then restart the app and it finally shows up maximized.

any ideas on what the issue may be? maybe discord isn’t being drawn on a desktop?

I’m on KDE Plasma with a wayland session and an AMD GPU.
