I have no been able to disable the system log in. I’ve tried power options and going to SDDM and checking log in immediately after logging off.
Welcome to the forum!
It is not clear what you intend to do, but I am guessing that you want to enable automatic login. In that case, open up the System Settings and navigate to…
Workspace → Startup and Shutdown → Login Screen
Click on the Advanced tab and tick the checkbox next to “Automatically log in”. Then click Apply.
Note: If this is a laptop system and you want to automatically unlock the session after resuming from hibernation, then you need to disable the screen locking for that as well.
System Settings → Workspace → Workspace Behavior → Screen Locking
Untick the checkbox next to “Lock screen automatically: After waking from sleep”.
This is a desktop but disabling the screen locking worked.
