Dirmngr high CPU usage

Today I discovered for the first time, that dirmngr consumes 100% of my CPU for a long time.

OS: Manjaro 22.0.4 Sikaris
Kernel: x86_64 Linux 5.10.167-1-MANJARO
CPU: Intel Core i7-8565U @ 8x 4.6GHz
GPU: UHD Graphics 620

Does anyone have an idea what might be happening?
