Different issue with Latte Dock

I have a different issue with Latte Dock, which is it showed up too late even though I put my mouse on the edge. The show time was 2ms. The picture below sums up the issue.

I recommend this settings:

And make sure in System Settings > Workspace Behaviour > Touch Screen
you disable it like this

That way there will be no interference/inconsistency with the Mouse interaction.
