I’m not sure why this is happening.
When playing fallout4 (only this game have this problems), the desktop environment restart at some point and I get back to the login screen. I have the problem on gnome or budgie.
Do you have some pointer for me ?
I can’t find any related issues concerning the fact that a game can crash the DE.

Well, information provided is scarce and this issue seems pretty hard to troubleshoot.
I would recommend you to install an additional Desktop Environment just to troubleshoot KDE can be an option.
And see what happens when you run the game.
Also other options are runing the game in window mode instead of full screen.
