When did the ability to add ‘delete’ plugin to right button menu disappear from Desktop Settings? Can this somehow be added otherwise?

I’ve updated and can confirm it’s still there.
I thought it would be. It’s not unheard of that settings can get changed during updates; it’s happened to me before. Simple case of going through and putting the settings back how you want them.
Just rebooted and there it is. Baffled!
As a side note, what use would ‘inxi -zv8’ have been?
It lets us know for example what Desktop Environment you are using, which is important for a Topic like this. Not everyone keeps their profile “card” up to date.
Also:
Would that be the first reboot since a System Update, by any chance?
