Debugging system crash - System Settings no longer open - Monitor Configuration got lost

My system locked up (light on numpad didn’t work, but audio was still playing fine (discord worked with mic and normal sounds)) - I couldn’t get any response, couldn’t get to the tty, nothing. I had to force restart the system, and after reloading kde, I now also have access to both of my monitors again.

I cant get to system settings and it seems like gpu acceleration has been turned off.

I am not sure what to provide here so ill just write everything that I remember from previous problems that I had.

If you can try to open the system settings via terminal, we can figure out what is wrong.

I don’t know the command to open system settings though personally.

That would be systemsettings5, but it doesn’t start, empty output in console
