There is a problem in your sound system: both Pulseaudio and Pipewire is running.

Thanks for your answer.

The problem existed also before I installed pipwire, I had installed Pipewire according to a manual.
“sudo pacman -S manjaro-pipewire” I have answered everything with yes, I had understood it so that pulseaudio is then uninstalled automatically. Unfortunately, this does not seem to have been the case.
How can I uninstall pulseaudio completely?

sudo pacman -R pulseaudio ↵ 1
Fehler: Ziel nicht gefunden: pulseaudio

Is audio working as expected for other audio applications?

Is audio playback visible in Fairlight audio mixer even if audio playback is not audible?

Latest version of this package was released 2022-11-11

Yes, in the other applications the sound works as expected, davinci resolve is the only application where there are problems.

In Fairlight I see nothing in the audio mixer, in the cut window I see the audio in the audio mixer.

DaVinci Resolve - ArchWiki

3.9 No audio during video preview
DaVinci interfaces the ALSA directly, so you need to redirect it to use PulseAudio

If Davinci Resolve preferences are set to use a direct connection to an audio device in ALSA rather than the PipeWire plugin, audio playback will likely fail to play (unless PipeWire server is stopped to allow Davinci Resolve connection)

manjaro-pipewire install should include package pipewire-alsa to set default option for audio playback

aplay -L | grep -v sysdefault | grep -A1 default

But there may be other unresolved problems with audio playback to PipeWire:
