Cursor hard to control after update

I have KDE Plasma 5.24.5 on a Raspberry Pi 4GB. With the most recent update the cursor has become hard to control - it overshoots after stopping the mouse! Everything was fine before the update.

Mouse cursor is slow on Raspberry Pi

Due to a change in the Raspberry Pi kernels upstream, they no longer support FKMS. This can result in slow performance when using the FKMS drivers with the newer Raspberry Pi kernels. Solution: Open /boot/config.txt, change fkms to kms in the dtoverlay line. Save the file and reboot.

Hi,
Thank you for the link - I followed it and the problem disappeared. Ironically, I had seen that link in my pre-post search but ignored it because my cursor wasn’t slow, it was hard to control with the mouse.
Also, I would like to apologize to the forum for my sarcastic attitude.
