Curl is broken and pamac ignores to ignore upgrade

Google-Earth-Pro does not start with curl 7.74.0-1
It runs with curl 7.73.0-1
On Manjaro Gnome Testing.
Pamac 9.5.12-1 is told to ignore upgrade - but in Update-manager “Updates” it is listed to upgrade?!

Since AUR update of Google-Earth-Pro it works with curl 7.74.0-1.

Pamac does not ignore update: in the update-tab the “to be ignored versions”
are NOT selected (at least in Pamac 10.0.1-2)
