Basically that’s it, the percentage of CPU and RAM usage is not showing.

Reload the sway config? SUPER+SHIFT+C or run swaymsg reload.

No idea… wrong config location? That is the correct location for customziation:
cat ~/.config/waybar/config.jsonc
