How can I solve this please?

can you recheck with mirrors

sudo pacman-mirrors -c all
sudo pacman -Syyu

if stephanes commands dont work try these:
• Remove your database:
sudo rm -f /var/lib/pacman/sync/*
• Rebuild your mirror pool and mirror list:
sudo pacman-mirrors --continent
• Then rerun pacman:
sudo pacman -Syyu

Thanks, it solved
