I guess

sudo touch /var/lib/pacman/local/pacman-mirrors-4.20.0-3/desc
sudo pacman -Syu pacman-mirrors

and then

sudo pacman-mirrors -f 5 && sudo pacman -Syyu ?

Feel free to correct me / improve it.

STILL THE SAME :frowning:

Stop typing in caps.

Do you know what you might have done to have caused this?

Did you do partial updates? Did you install packages via sudo pacman -S instead of sudo pacman -Syu?

dude im copying all commands, after i use your line its shown to me
[ahmadkamal@ahmadkamal-pc ~]$ sudo pacman -S
[sudo] password for ahmadkamal:
error: no targets specified (use -h for help)

sudo find /var/cache/pacman/pkg/ -iname "*.part" -delete

then try update again.

I never told you to use my commands. I asked you a question to determined what might have happened, which you haven’t answered yet.
