I was looking for an online version of Get Involved from Manjaro Hello and found Contributing page on wiki, but it’s empty 
Can confirm this.
There’s a notification on the main wiki page, that it’s being updated/transferred to a new Wiki software so some stuff might be missing.
I guess that page is one of them.
It would, indeed seem that way.
