Consistent crashing

Hello Manjaro Forums!

I’m pretty new to all of this Linux stuff. i was honestly tired of having a company have my OS on a leash so i starting trying Linux. i started first with mint and had crashing problems that were not present on windows so instead i changed OS again. The problem however still persists so any help will be greatly appreciated. Below are some specs i could pull up and crash logs.
