Hi @Brijesh8291,

Please provide the output for:

ping -c 4 manjaro.moson.eu

As well as:

traceroute manjaro.moson.eu

And:

traceroute forum.manjaro.org

Tip:

When providing terminal output, paste the terminal text and wrap in in three backticks (```) before and after the text. Like this:

```
pasted text
```

This will just cause it to be rendered like this:

Sollicitudin placerat
lacus massa
condimentum tristique
erat phasellus urna ac eu erat lorem diam aliquam.

instead of like this:

Sollicitudin placerat lacus massa condimentum tristique erat phasellus urna ac eu erat lorem diam aliquam.

Thereby improving legibility and making it easier for those trying to be of assistance.

P.P.S.: Please don’t give screenshots of text.

Sorry I just can’t access manjaro forum in desktop so I am posting from mobile devices

The fact that there is package loss, specifically to the matray server means there is some obstruction. And it quite possibly causes the error you get.

If you can’t access the Forum from your desktop, it might be because of the same reason you can’t sync, or anything else. Sadly, it doesn’t seem there’s anything wee can do. It would seem to me, and I might be wrong about this, your connection has some kind of problem. Or for some reason everything Manjaro-related is being blocked…

Is there anything i can do?

The only thing you can do: inquire and bitch about it to your ISP.
