Connection impossible avec le wi-fi sur mon iMac (21,5 pouces, 2017) sous Manjaro KDE

Bonjour,

J’ai un souci avec le wifi sur mon iMac (21,5 pouces, 2017).
Quand je tente de me connecter sur mon wifi, en mettant le bon mot de passe, on m’indique qu’il est incorrecte et quand j’annule, phrase secrète pas trouvé et wifi désactivé.

Voici la configuration de mon iMac :

Bonjour,
Essayez voir de taper dans Konsole la commande suivante :

nmcli device wifi connect "AP-NAME" password "PASSWORD"

En remplaçant bien sûr “AP-NAME” and “PASSWORD” par le SSID et le mot de passe de votre réseau sans fil.

Bien que les informations provenant d’applications de type ‘*-fetch’ puissent convenir à quelqu’un souhaitant acheter votre ordinateur, à des fins d’assistance, il est préférable de demander directement à votre système; :eyes:

La sortie de la commande ‘inxi’ avec les paramètres appropriés y parviendra (naturellement, formatée selon les directives du forum) et sera généralement plus utile pour ceux qui souhaitent aider :

inxi --filter --verbosity=8

ou la forme abrégée:

inxi -zv8

Pas sur que le caractère “^” soit apprécié dans la commande ou dans la gestion du wifi …

Il vaut mieux éviter de poster des captures d’écran pour les résultats de commandes passées dans la Konsole, surtout quand on peut y voir votre mot de passe wifi en clair (je vous conseille donc vivement de le changer dès que possible) :wink:

Sélectionnez le texte dans la Konsole, faites un clic-droit > copier et insérez le ici à l’aide du 6e bouton de la fenêtre de rédaction du post (celui avec le symbole </>).

Vous venez de divulguer votre mot de passe.

La réponse indique qu’il manque quelque chose concernant la gestion des clés.

Veuillez ne pas publier de captures d’écran.

Autre possibilité, vous pouvez lister les connexions existantes avec :

nmcli connection

Si le nom de votre SSID (“AP-NAME”) apparaît dans la liste, vous pouvez l’effacer avec :

nmcli connection delete "AP-NAME"

Puis recréer la connexion en demandant à fournir les informations manquantes (en l’occurence le mot de passe) avec :

nmcli device wifi connect "AP-NAME" --ask

J’ai tenté, mais ça ne fonctionne toujours pas :expressionless::expressionless::expressionless:

D’après les informations sur votre système, vous utilisez bien le bon pilote (brcmfmac), mais il semblerait qu’avec votre puce Wi-Fi (Broadcom BCM43602 802.11ac Wireless LAN SoC), il y ait un souci depuis les quelques dernières versions de wpa_supplicant (le programme gérant les mécanismes de sécurité du sans-fil).

D’après le wiki d’Arch Linux (point 3.1.1) ici :
Broadcom wireless
il semble nécessaire d’ajouter le paramètre :

brcmfmac.feature_disable=0x82000

au démarrage du noyau Linux. Vous pouvez le faire ainsi :

sudo nano /etc/default/grub

puis modifier cette ligne de cette manière :

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="brcmfmac.feature_disable=0x82000 quiet splash"

(Ctrl+O pour valider la modification, Ctrl+X pour quitter) et faire suivre de :

sudo grub-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cfg

pour que les changements soient pris en compte par le gestionnaire de démarrage GRUB.

En espérant que cela fonctionne aussi pour vous, car ensuite je suis à court d’idées…

Depuis maintenant quelques temps Kwallet (le gestionnaire de mot de passe de KDE) me casse les pieds, je l’ai désactivé ! As-tu essayé cette solution ?

Redémarre ton pc au cas ou après avoir déactivé Kwallet

En dernier recours tu peux demander de l’aide à la maison mère, sur le forum d’entraide KDE
